MOUs

Memos of Understanding function as contract language but are temporary in nature. MOUs must be approved by the Rep Council and require a reading at a meeting prior to a vote by the Reps so that they may report out to the members at each site and discuss the negotiated language.

  • Exchange JH Prep for PLC

    This MOU (8/2025) allows for the exchange of JH prep time for PLC time.. i.e. Thursday VITAL PLC Collaboration sessions would occur during the common 40-minute prep time within the school day in exchange for a 55-minute prep after the early release of students.
